LangeWallensteinConsulting supports management during the process of change. LangeWallensteinConsulting was founded by Burkhardt Wallenstein, who has extensive professional experience
in implementing strategies in a range of industries, both as a line manager and a consultant.

Selected industry work experiences include:
Volkswagen AG (2003 to 2004): founded and headed the Office for Cultural Change, created to implement the corporate culture defined
by the VWCEO for every country and company affiliated with the Volkswagen Group.
Unilever (1994 to 1997): directed extensive production change processes as the manager of 150 production staff and improved efficiency by heading up a program to shape the company's
corporate culture.

As a consultant, Burkhardt Wallenstein spent five years with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Hamburg . He has worked as a strategy consultant and management coach for a range of DAX 30 companies and international medium-sized businesses in the automotive, consumer goods, media and telecommunications industries.

Burkhardt Wallenstein holds Master's degrees in mechanical engineering and philosophy from the RWTH Aachen, Germany.   »
